All online transactions on kryloxxpro.shop are securely processed through our licensed EU payment partner, Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, The Netherlands).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express (processed instantly via 256-bit SSL encryption).
• iDEAL: Direct online banking transfer for merchants in the Netherlands.
• Bancontact: Secure online payments for buyers in Belgium.
• SEPA Direct Debit / Sofort: Bank transfer authorization across EU SEPA member states.
• Direct B2B Bank Transfer: Invoice wire transfer to OÜ KryloxxPro corporate bank account.

2. Currency & EU B2B VAT Rules

All prices are quoted in Euros (€ / EUR). In accordance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC, registered EU businesses outside Estonia providing a valid EU VAT identification number will be processed under the 0% EU Reverse Charge VAT mechanism. Orders within Estonia or buyers without a valid EU VAT ID are subject to standard 22% Estonian VAT.

OÜ KryloxxPro dispatches wholesale second-hand clothing bales and pallets directly from our distribution warehouse in Narva, Estonia.

• Delivery Area: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, and all EU countries.
• Dispatch Lead Time: Orders are packed and handed to freight couriers (DHL / DPD / Dachser Logistics) within 24 to 48 hours following payment authorization.
• Tracking: A digital tracking code and freight manifest will be issued upon shipment.
• Shipping Rates: Flat-rate freight of €29.00 per order under €1,000. Orders of €1,000 or above qualify for Free EU Freight Delivery.

Because OÜ KryloxxPro operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale supplier, goods are sold for commercial resale.

Inspection & Claim Window

Upon delivery, buyers must inspect shipment seals and outer bale integrity. If any lot significantly deviates from its agreed sorting category grade (e.g. major unlisted defects in Cream grade lots), the buyer must submit a claim with photo documentation to support@kryloxxpro.shop within 7 business days of receipt.

Refund Processing via Mollie

Approved returns or adjustments will be credited back directly to the buyer's original payment method via Mollie within 3-5 business days of return authorization.
